Frequently Asked Questions about Workshops

1. How do I register for a workshop?

You can email or phone. Glenyce requires a credit card at time of registration to pay the registration fee.

You can also register through the online store - you will find the appropriate link here for workshops held at The Healing Room.

And here for workshops held at other locations.

2. What are the payment options?

When you register you can use your Visa or Mastercard over the phone.

Or you can use Paypal through the online store.

Or you can mail a cheque - however you are not registered until Glenyce receive the cheque.

3. Can I register the day of the workshop?

Possibly, however the earlier the better as most of my workshops require handouts that Glenyce needs to prepare a few days before the class, plus many of the workshops have limited space. Contact us and we will let you know if there is space/handouts available.

4. What do I need to bring to the workshop?

If it is being held at The Healing Room:

Wear clothes in layers. Some people find the house very cool, some very warm.

Glenyce supplies water, tea, coffee, & snacks if you need anything else please bring it with you.

If the workshop is over lunch or supper then please bring a bag lunch/supper. (Glenyce does not have a microwave)

Bring a pen and writing pad if you like to take notes.

We have 2 indoor cats.

If the workshop is being held some where other than The Healing Room:

Contact us about what to bring.

Glenyce supplies water & light snacks if you need anything else please bring it with you.

If the workshop is over lunch or supper then please bring a bag lunch/supper. (Glenyce cannot guarantee there will be a microwave)

5. What are the directions to the workshop?

Contact us with the name and town of the workshop and we will let you know.

6. How do I cancel my registration for a workshop?

Contact us through email or phone.

If it is 15 days or more before the workshop there is a $25 cancellation fee.

If it is 14 days or less before the workshop the charge is 50% of the workshop fee.

If it is 7 days or less before the workshop the workshop fee is non-refundable.
