Self hypnosis can be used for pain management, decrease anxiety, healing your body and the list goes on and on. Any positive change that you want can be made with self hypnosis. The natural power you were born with is just waiting to be tapped into--it's all within the power of your mind! At the end of the workshop you will be guided through a hypnosis session for relaxation. This workshop is 2 1/2 hours in length and the investment per person is $35.

Create Your Own Affirmation Cards
Affirmations are amazing tools that assist us in turning negative thoughts and beliefs into positive ones. They assist us by putting positive energy into our lives and easily releasing blocks that are holding us back. In this workshop you will create your own affirmation card deck based on thoughts and beliefs that you want to change. You will be shown ideas of how to use your deck and different card spreads to help you on your journey. This personalized deck can then be used as an inner growth tool, releasing blocks and guiding you forward in your life. This workshop is 3 hours in length and the investment per person is $45.

Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction states that you attract to yourself whatever you give your attention, focus or energy to; whether it is wanted or unwanted. This workshop will assist you to understand and work with this Law to create the life that your heart desires. We will watch the movie "The Secret", followed by discussion, group & independent exercises.
This workshop is 7 hours in length and the investment is $85.00 per person.

The above fees are for workshops held in Vermilion, AB and within a 30 km radius. Additional charges will apply for mileage, airfare, accommodation & meals where applicable. Contact me for more information.

Space must be provided for the workshop. This could include an auditorium, hall, spacious home, church, etc.

Glenyce will provide handouts for each participant, unless stated otherwise when workshop is booked.

50% non-refundable deposit is required 5 business days in advance of the scheduled workshop, remainder due on day of the workshop.

Minimum 8 participants per workshop, except for Reiki, which is 4.
